Crispin's is a new genre of restaurant. We offer home cooked unpretentious food at a low price, served in simple surroundings. We bake our own bread – we roast our meats daily – we cook in an old fashioned way. We are family orientated with a kids play area and gaming computers for ages 5 and up.

We have de-bundled our food, this means you pay for what you get. You don't pay for something you don't want. You order coffee and you get a generous large bowl of Italian coffee but if you want another cup you pay for a refill. You don't pay for the coffee you didn't order !

We are concerned about our environment and we strive to do the "right thing". Water is only served upon request; sodas are served in their can to cut down on water and chemical use. We use biodegradable, mulchable to-go containers and paper not plastic bags. We recycle our Fryer Oil for Car Fuel.

The Bar has the same principle with cheap draft beers and good but inexpensive wines. Martinis start at $5.

We offer nightly specials using market fresh ingredients & the Chef's raw talent & invention.
